The nautical industry takes center stage on the second day of the Valencia Boat Show 2025

The Valencia Boat Show celebrated its second day today, with the nautical industry as the main highlight. The Valencia Boat Show, held until next Sunday at Marina Port València, is consolidating its position as one of the leading nautical events in the Mediterranean, bringing together professionals, companies, and sea enthusiasts.

Business meetings and professional sessions

The day featured a special session of the Cluster of the Sports Industry of the Valencian Community, attended by the General Director of Sports of the Generalitat, Luis Cervera, and the General Director of Industry, Julio Delgado. Prominent nautical companies based in the Valencian Community also participated.

The professional program included a talk about the new invoicing system Verifactu, especially aimed at nautical businesses, presented by the Agora Marine software. There was also a meeting organized by the National Association of Nautical Companies (ANEN) together with Marina Port València, and the annual convention of the Vetus brand, among other activities.

The Valencia Boat Show: a meeting point for the industry

The Valencia Boat Show includes a specific area dedicated to the professional nautical industry, bringing together manufacturers, shipyards, distributors, technicians, and service providers.

According to Jordi Carrasco, General Director of ANEN, “Boat shows, and especially the Valencia Boat Show, are essential to unite the sector and promote the nautical culture. They create spaces for connection and collaboration among all players in the nautical ecosystem.”

Companies highlight the value of networking

Exhibitors agree on the importance of being present at the Valencia Boat Show to strengthen business relationships, create new opportunities, and expand their professional networks.

“The boat show is an ideal time to explain to clients, in a relaxed environment, the latest nautical innovations and products we offer,” says Nacho Braquehais, Sales Manager of North Sails from Castellón to Murcia.

“The Valencia Boat Show is the place to be, an annual meeting point with colleagues from the sector and with the final customer,” notes Gustavo Benavent, Director of Valencia Mar.

For Joaquín Armengot, Director of Mediterranean Yacht Solutions, “taking part in the show provides valuable networking and visibility with both clients and suppliers.”

Berto Salort, Manager of Berto Talleres Navales, adds: “These days are perfect to receive clients, showcase products, and spend time with them.”

Finally, Juan José Merayo, President of Incidence Sails Palma, highlights that “these events are key to maintaining direct contact with brokers, dealers, shipyards, and companies managing large yachts or superyachts.”

Marina Port València, the Mediterranean’s nautical epicenter

For five days, Marina Port València, at the foot of the iconic Veles e Vents building, becomes the great nautical meeting point of the Mediterranean.

The Valencia Boat Show brings together boat brands, engines, nautical accessories, equipment and marine electronics, sustainable solutions, sailing clubs, marinas, and charter and nautical activity companies.

With each edition, the Valencia Boat Show strengthens its position as a benchmark for the Spanish and Mediterranean nautical industry, combining innovation, sustainability, and a passion for the sea.
