The Spanish pair secured gold with authority, dominating the championship from day one and finishing with an impressive 37-point lead over the runners-up, Britain\u2019s Martin Wrigley and Bettine Harris.<\/p>\n<p>In just 40 days of sailing together, Xammar and Cardona have shown outstanding chemistry. In less than a month we have the World Championship, so we remain focused on our goal,\u201d added <strong>Marta Cardona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Olympic careers and projection<br \/>\n<strong>Jordi Xammar<\/strong> (Barcelona, 1993) has now claimed his <strong>second consecutive European gold<\/strong> after the one achieved in 2024 with Nora Brugman.
